I’m Dean — a production planner during the week and a property obsessive whenever I can steal the time. I started ATHENA XI to help people take a step towards financial freedom, but that’s only one part of who I am. Family comes first: my wife works in Additional Support Needs and our daughter is at school, so most wins feel like family wins.I’m a spreadsheet nerd at heart — I love turning messy numbers into sensible plans. I also enjoy the hands-on side of property: bringing empty or derelict homes back to life is properly rewarding. I work with sellers and investors across Ayrshire and nationally — whether it’s a quiet, discreet sale, a market route or building a portfolio slowly or quickly, I keep things simple, honest and modelled on real numbers.Outside work I’m usually at the gym, dabbling in MMA, watching too many films and trying my luck at the poker table.
